THE DALEY BANKRUPTCY.

Auckland, February 22. Daley was committed on a fourth charge of undue preference to one of his creditoi'6. The fifth and last charge against Daley was that he conspired to defraud his creditors by converting his assets into money, and was about to depart from New Zealand. Mr. Tole said he was not prepared at present to offer evidence on this charge, and asked that the information be withdrawn. The charge was accordingly withdrawn.
