(Received 19, 8.60 a,m.) London, February 18. General Buller is threatening tht Boers' position at Inhlawe Hill. There is considerable movement of Boers northward of Ltdymmth. Thb is supposed to be a result of General Roberta' invasion of the Free StatM.
