AOTION FOR DAMAGES. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Ohhistchurcu, February 19. The case of Jell's v. the Queen, a claim for £ISOO damages in respect of injuries sustained by the plaintiff in the Rakaia railway accident,, was before the Supreme Court to-day. The plaintiff, a farmer at Templeton, 72 years of age, was awarded £7OO.
