CAPTURE BY NATIVES.

(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) (Received 17,10.45 a.m.) Sydney, February 17. News has been received from Dutch New Guinea of the capture by the natives of three officers of the steamei General Pel. Four officers went ashore to take photographs, but one escaped; badly wounded by arrows.
