London, January 19, Major-General Sir Henry ituudle, commanding at Dover, his been appointed to the command of the Eighth Division of tho Army Corps, which is being tmbilised for active service in the Transvaal. (Received 20,110 p.m.) London,, January 19. Seventy-two guns, 3,710 men, and 2,210 horses will embark next week to teiuf jrce General Lord Roberts, (Received 21, 5 p.m.) Londo.v, January 20, The Eighth Division has been ordered to mobilise at Aldershot immediately. It includes the 2nd Grenadier Guards and the 2nd Scots Guards. THE SEIZURE OF A GERMAN STEAMER. (Received 21, 5 p.m.) London, January 20. The Bundesrath has been released.
