A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY.
[PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, January 4. The New Zealand and River Plate Land Mortgage Company, Limited, at the annual meeting held in London on the 2nd inst., decided that a dividend at the rate of six per cent, b® struck for the year, the interim dividend which has been paid to be deducted therefrom; that the reserve fund be increased to £125,000, and that £937 be carried forward.
