EXECUTIONS OF SPARTACISTS.

The French advance has intensified the Government's difficulties. The trades unions "have submitted a series of new and peremptory demands. They also demand the punishment and dismissal of many Reichswehr officers who were gujlty of "ill-treatment of non-com-missioned "officers and men during the Kapp revolution. It is reported that numerous summary executions of Spartarist prisoners 'in. the Ruhr region are arousing the bitterest nassions on both sides. The Junker class openly hint at further punitive military adventures.
