AN ALLEGED LEAKAGE.

Creymouth, Feb. 25. There is great indignation among coalminers on the Coast at the manifest breach of faith regarding the publication of some particulars of the agreement reached at the recent coal conference, which was pledged to withhold all information until the agreement was ratified by both parlies. The particulars mentioned were wired from Wellington by the correspondent of a local evening paper, and published. The miners feel that even the partial disclosure of particular items is calculated to lead to a misunderstanding and endanger ratification.
