Correspondents of New York newspapers in Berlin wirelessed a series of questions to Lenin, who wirelessed a reply as follows:—The Russian Soviet ie not planning any military offensive against JRoumania, .Poland, or any «ther country. The Soviet wishes to live in peace with the whole world. Our plans in Asia are the same as those concerning Europe, namely, we desire apeaceful, neighbourly life with all peoples.
