New York, "Feb. 20
Correspondents of New York newspapers in Berlin wirelessed a series of questions to Lenin, who wirelessed a reply as follows:—The Russian Soviet ie not planning any military offensive against JRoumania, .Poland, or any «ther country. The Soviet wishes to live in peace with the whole world. Our plans in Asia are the same as those concerning Europe, namely, we desire apeaceful, neighbourly life with all peoples. In future we will see the Soviet system all over the world,, hut Riissia does not intend to bring this about throush force. The chances of an economic alliance between Russia and Germany arc net fr^od, because *he Germans are bad allies. Russia does not fenr a counter-revolution from with^
