The Supreme Council appointed three commissions to consider the boundaries of the new Armenian republic, the Turkish debt to the Allies, and Greece's claim to Smyrna.
The Council is now debating the question of the Dardanelles, the number of troops required and who is to provide them, also what rights are to be conferred on Turkey in regard to Adria-
nople.
