WeHingtcn, Feb. 9

The Government wishes it made as widely known as possible that local authorities and public organisations which desire to present addresses of welcome to the Prince of Wales during his visit to Xew Zealand should have such addresses -drafted immediately. Copies of drafts should be sent withoutdelay to the private secretary of the Hon. Sir Francis Bell, Parliamentary Buildings, Wellington, in order that His Royal Highness may bo enabled to prepare replies.
