Ottawa, Nov. 22. The North American Reindeer Company, capitalised at 75,000 dollars, have been granted a charter to permit them to graze reindeer on an area north of the Churchill river. The company v iJI graze a herd which will be self-sustain-ing. The purpose is to increase the world's meat supply.
