WEDDING.

TROUG HTON—PRUSSING

A very quiet but pretty wedding was solemnised at All Saints' Church, Neison, on Wednesday by the Rev. Canon Wollstein, ■ when Mr. A. G. Trough ton, eldest son of Mrs. Smith, or' "Wellington, was married to Miss Betty Trussing, fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Prussing, of Nelson. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming in a frock of white crepe do ciiine and georgette, with touches of powder blue; she wore the orthodox veil and orange blossoms and carried an early Victorian bouquet of lilies of the valley. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Myrtle Prussing, who was gowned in saxe blue crepe dechine, with touches of pink, and wore a pink anfci black hat; her bouquet was of pink carnations. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. W. Prussing. Both of them are returned soldiers. After the cere*mony a reception was held at "Coilingwood Villa," the residence of the bride's parents. The happy couple left by the Pateena yesterday morning on an extensive tour of the North 18----land.
