A telegram from Chicago states that Federal troops are controlling Gary, Indiana, teh centre of the steel strike. The authorities arrested an alleged bombmaker. It is believed he sent bombs to Mr Mitchell Palmer, the Ab-torney-General, and a number of judges, in May last. Dozens of prisoners arrested at Gaiy are confined in a stockade. A press censorship has been established.
