FACTORIES AND SUPPLIERS.

A case oi: general interest to factories and suppliers was the subject of the reserved judgment of Mr Justice Chapman filed with the Registrar of the Supreme «_ourt at Palmerston. The decision aftected a civil action heard at the last sitting of the Supreme Court, in which Goie Bros., farmers, sued the Newbury Dairy Company for £178 9s for butter fat supplied The" defence contended that under the articles of association of the company the plaintiffs were bound to. supply the factory wifii the whole ot their season's milk, this they had failea to do. -
