The majority of the rioters , have been arrested. The North Russian troops occupied Gapnavlok, on Lake Vigozero. ■The Allies have evacuated Odessa Vienna messages state that Ukraine leaders have approached the Entente with, a view to arranging peace with tne 1 oles, leayjng disputes regarding territory to be settled by a plebiscite;
