i London, April 6. | General Allenby has given details of tho murder of two British officers and ! five men on board a train.from Upper Egypt on March 17th. Crowds collected at every station and threw stones. A crowd rushed the train at Beirout and pulled down the engine driver. They entered compartments and killed two officers. Several natives remained on hoard the train until it arrived at Dermoos, where another large crowd armed with sticks, stones and knives attacked the j train and killed the remainder of the I party. * ' i All the bodies were left on board the train with the exception of one, which is missing. Crowds at subsequent stations raised shouts of joy on learning that the English had been killed.
