Dalgety and Company, Ltd., at the Takaka. Stock Ss Yards, on Wednesday, the 16th April next, at twelve noon, unless the said Writ is previously satisfied, ALL the Estate, right or interest of the said Defendant in all that piece of land being Section 16, Block IX., Survey District containing 136 acres, and being the whole of the land comprised in Renewable Lease Volume 39, folio 283, Nelson.
