Russian advices assert that the whole oi Gralicia has joined in a ' revolution which began m the Brohobyozpil districts where a Soviet has been established. It is also asserted that the Polish Government" troops joined the revolutionaries. A general strike has been declared at Lemburg. Roumanians have crossed the frontier and are advancing towards Stanislau ~
