Belakaun, the new Hungarian Foreign Minister, informed him that he desired to observe the armistice and continue relations with the Entente. He declared that his Government was Socialist, not Bolshevist. Accoi€ing to other reports, however, Belakaun is still negotiating for an alliance with the Russian Soviets.
