BRITISH WAR BONDS.

London, Jan. 22. There are many criticisms oh the Stock Exchange regarding tho new issue of war- bonds. It is considered tha-t the rate of interest is at least 50 per cent, too high. There is some talk of a breach of faith in> making the new issue practically the same as the old, after the public were invited not, to miss the last chance of securing bonds' before la.st Saturday.
