The "New York Times'" correspondent at Washington reports that the Russian Embassy has received advices from the Russian Embassy at Paris saying that M. Sazanoff communicated with the Allied Governments declaring that the political bodies in Russia favoured immediate and strong measures for the purpose of crushing the Bolsheviki. General Poole is now conferring with M. Sazanoff.

The "New York World's" Paris correspondent says that America and the Allies were planning a definite and swift plan to stamp ; out Bolshevism. They may attack the Russian Bolsheviki forces by land, river and sea, with Poland as .the chief "battleground.

Their purpose is to prevent the German Reds from joining their Russian comrades.
