The "Petit Parisien" states that inquiry into the Armenian massacres shows that the victims total 1,500,000. German officers caused th© massacre of 1500 at Keineu. Seventy thousand children died of hunger in another district.

Two thousand women who,were suspected of swallowing jewellery were saturated with petrol and burned. The ashes were afterwards passed through sieves to recover the gold.

The paper states that Enver, Talaat, and Djeinal Pashas and Yon Sanders were responsible for the massacres.
