The United Presa Paris correspondent learns from an authoritative source that the surrendered German ships will be used shortly to transport American troops to the United States, and in return American tonnage will carry food to.Europe.
The Allies are sharing put 114 German ■; submarines, fifteen going to France, ten to Italy, seven to Japan, and four to the United States.
