PLOT AT WICKLOW AND WEXFORD.

Evidence concerning a supposed plot at Wicklow and Wesford was given at Dublin at the court-martial of John Gallagher, an hotel bookkeeper at Baltinglass, who was charged with pos>sessing documents containing information useful to the enemy. The ro-n----cution quoted a document detailing the procedure whereby on receipt of orders to strike battalion headquarters should be established at Baltinglass, which was in touch -with brigade headquarters. The police barracks, railways and post office should be seized, volunteers seizing similar places at "Wicklow and Wexford.
The document included the tiestmction of the great southern and western main roads, digging trenches overv half-mile, the destruction ''of bridges,, rolling stock, flax and corn, and tbe erection of barricades.
Gallagher refused to reco&n:?tf the court's jurisdiction.
