LISTER'S, OF ENGLAND, PRAISE THE AVERY TRACTOR.
The A very Farm Tractor is not made by Li&ter's:—it is an American production. Lister's opinion oi: this machine is therefore free from bias—the fact that they are selling the Averv shows liiat they must think it good. We mention this fact because Lister's are wellknown as the makers of the famous Lister Oil Engines. .In a cablegram they said: —"Have had twelve months' experience A very Motors. Sold over 100 machines; results very satisfactory and consider machines in front rank. Supplying Government here." In New Zealand also,, the Avery Tractor is being supplied to the Department of Agriculture. You can therefore invest in an A very Tracfcor with the knowledge that it will be a paying investment—a profit-making, time-saving, labour-sav-ing move. Whether your farm be a large or small one, there's an A very Tractor to suit it. A handy model is the 8-16 h.p.—it does the work of eight horses (and more) on cheap kerosene fuel. The original cost is practically the only cost— the fuel consumption is trifling when you remember it consumes kerosene only when working. One man or a boy can drive the Avery Tractor— a saving in wages compared with two 4-horse teams. Farmers should remember that the Government will.-assist them to buy tractors—full details can be ebtained from tlie Department of Agriculture. A 12/25 Avery Model W. has just been delivered to" Hon. MnsDonald, Minister of Agriculture, for use on his own farm. Get particulars of smaller and larger sizes—also prices. A. Hatrick and Co., Ltd., Wanganui and Wellington, New Zealand Agents.
