The United Press 3 Berlin correspon-j dent says the new German Government consists of Ebertj Chancellor and Minister of the Interior; Scheidemann, Foreign Minister; Noske, Minister of the Army and Navy; ,Landsberg, Minister of Finance; and Wessel, Minister of Social Affairs. The Government announced the following policies:—To prepare for the National Assembly ; to provide food; Socialist public institutions; to seize war profits, provide universal employment, promote national defence, disarm unauthorised persons, bring about a quick and favourable peace, and reform German diplomacy abroad. ;
