The "Lokalanzeiger" states that the Reichstag Conservatives have communicated' to the Chancellor their serious objections to acceptance of President Wilson's terms.
The Suffrage Committee of the Prussian Upper House deleted a clause in the Franchise Bill giving an additional vote to persons over 40 years of age.
