Copenhagen, Sept. 25
Advices from Petrograd state that it is estimated that the Bolsheviki killed a total of 10,000 people at Potrograd. In one day they ordered the execution of 72 officers without _ specifying their names. A nujnber of British and French officers have taken refuge in the American , Consulate, and are under Norway's protection. The Bolsheviki posted guards round the building and demanded the surrender of the officers, but they did | not enter the consulate.
