- (Received Sept. 11, 10.40 p.m.) London, Sept. 10. The Prisoners of War Committee hasarranged for a Special train from France to s Geneva and Constantinople with sealed waggons, carrying large supplies of warm clothing, in view of the deplorable mortality among prisoners in Turkey last winter. :
