London, Sept. 3. Tiie "Hamburger Fremdenblatt" reports that Lenin was wounded 'with poisoned explosive ballets, of which the full effect has not yet de\'eloped. Thousands of persons have been moved from Moscow to Petrograd. The authorities' warn the people that iij fqund carrying weapons they will be immediately killed. Anti-Government* agitators will- be interned and their property confiscated. . .
