Wellington, May 21. The war pensions total is fast approaching the million mark. Up to March 31st the nsilnbe'r of pensions granted to soldiers and their dependents was 14,497, -and the to"tal annual value of the pensions was £904,383. The average rate of pension was £62 per annum.
