A German official message says: "Yon Dembusche communicated with the Smolny Iristittite at Petrograd, stating that 450 inhabitants of Dorpat and Reval, and 130 from other Livonian towns, had been deported in cattle trucks. This is in contravention of the peace treaty. He therefore protests against further deportation, and demands the return of those already deported."
