•=_ Petrograd, March 7. Differences are growing stronger daily between Leninists advocating ratification of the peace terms and influential .boisheviki groups who demand refusal to ratify ttem. There will possibly be a split at the Moscow Congress. Refugees say that the Germans are endeavouring to form" a corps of Russians to reinforce the Germans on the West front. They threaten death it they refuse to join.
