There is another crisis in Spain. Telegrams whieb are censored indicate a conflict between the military and civil authorties, apparently du,e ,to the insistence of the army io support the War Minister on the adoption, -without Parliamentary authority, of the demands of the military committees whict overthrew the Government in Jxme.
