The "United Press correspondent at Washington states that the officials still believe tfcat Trotzky is trying to keep the revolution alive, with the result that the Bolsheviki Government is divided. .
The "New York World's" Washington correspondent learns that Japanese troops have already concentrated in Korea and Southern Manchuria, ready for action.
Tie "New York Times' " Pekin correspondent says the Chinese Cabinet decided to send an army of 20,000 Chinese to Siberia, simultaneously with the Japanese.
On the Japanese question Washington correspondents assert ttat it is taken for granted that' Japan intends to go to Siberia, but America considers the expedition is not needed to protect Japan's subjects.
The fear is expressed that Russia may misconstrue Japan's object.
The "New York Herald's" Washington correspondent says that while the Government does not obstruct Japanese action, Japan must shoulder the responsibility.
