The "Vossisehe Zeitung," discussing the prospects of a Western. peace, lints that Germany intends to offer great political and financial concessions to France,, more important than the restoration of Alsace-Lorraine.
The "Vossische Zeitung" adds: "There only remains England. If she surrenders the war thefts of the colonies and the Turkish territories, we shall cv acuate Belgium."
