The fortnight granted by the Germans will probably be employed fori the organisation of the Red Army and means of defence and evacuation of Petrograd. The Bolsteviki in the Ukraine have issued a proclamation calling on the people to resist the enemy and destroy! ammunition before evacuating the j towns. . - Lenin and Trotzky announce that ratification of the peace treaty has been fixed for March 12th,-dependent.on the decision of tte Soviets' Congress on March 12th.
