The "Morning Post's" Stockholm correspondent says a tonnage agreement between Sweden and the Allies lias beon settled, whereby 72,000 tons of Swedish skipping will bo placed at the Allies' disposal. Sweden will be allowed to import 64,000 tons of necessaries. •
