Hawera, Feb. 20. The Eginont Agricultural and Fastoral Association's annual snow commenced to-day. The weather was fine in the morning, but dull in the afternoon, when a little light rain fell. The attendance was good. There is an excellent display of dairy stock. Following are championship awards: — Friesian bull: A. Marohant (Cardiff) j reserve, E. J. Betts (Okaiawa). Cow^ Gifford Bros. (Lepperton). Ayrshire bull: P. Brenner (Okaiawa) j reserve, W. Hall (Lepperton). Cow.? Fellills (Tokaora), also reserve. Jersey bull: A. Ward (Miro); re* serve, Estate H. B, (Ingleowod)* Cow: A. Ward; reserve, J. Nicholson. Milking Shorthorn bull: J,. Hodges (Rapanui); reserve, A. Needham (Douglas). Cow: J. Hodges; .reserve, !W. T. Bailey (Kaponga). ' Lincoln ram and ewe: A. L.
