j Satisfactory business was done at the 'Helping Hand Shop this week, and ttic lied Cross Fund beneiits to the extent of £21 8s 6d. The expenses were 8;; ud. t Contributions iverc received from Happy Valley, Atawhai, "Wakapuaka. Richmond, Stoko, Ennerglyr., Tahimamu, the Port, and the City. The blackberries gathered by three little children , residing at Wangamoa were most acjceptable, aivl the committee thank thorn i for the effort they made to obtain them.
