DRIVER OF TRAP FATALLY INJURED.

Wellington, Jan. 28

A fatal accident occurred on the Evans Bay road yesterday afternoon. A man named Harrison was driving in a trap when the horse became unmanageable and bolted. Harrison was thrown from the trap, and (sustained injuries to his head and shoulders. He was admitted to the Hospital, but his injuries were so severe that he died at 3.45. The deceased leaves a widow and a large family.
