Washington, Jan. 14. Mr E.. Nj Hurley, president of the Shipping Board, announced that; definite steps would be taken by America and the Allies to co-ordinate shipping. A United States Controller had been appointed to co-operate with the -London, Paris,, and Ron*?. Controllers, and speed loading and embarkations. He also announced that shipyard activity was almost beyond belief. Forty-one vessels aggregating 327,152 tons would be ready in January and February. ■
