Wellington, Dec. 14. Mr Pemberton's weather summary is as follows:—A fast-moving disturbance has passed in the South, accounting for high and squally north-west to south-west winds, with rain, especially in all Western districts.

Present indications are for strong, southerly winds and changeable weatler, squally in parts, with scattered showers, barometer rise everywhere.
