A'Russian official report states: Under pressure of superior naval forces we abandoned Moon Island.
Our trawlers discovered Ciat many minefields had been sown with the intention to close tie entrance to Riga Gulf from Moon Sound.
These operations, in conjunction with the landing 6t detachments at Dago Island, show the enemy's desire to destroy the naval forces defending this region.
