A captured German aviator states that Germany is preparing for a grand air offensive by masses of machinse, forestalling those under- construction in America. The German machines in elude a x giant biplane with four motors, carrying bombs weighing 300 kilogrammes. The Germans had 2000 aeroplanes in .July, and are sparing no efforts to increase the number.
