Howard Elliott's charges of corruption in the Auckland Post Office, completely exonerates- the ■postal officials. Regarding the military censorship of box 9i2, Mr Bishop says it ws,s established on tho suggestion of the Solickor-Gi'iu.'Kil, who <^oiibidered tho correspondence passing through it mischievous aud likely Lo interfere with tho'^sucecfisful prosecution of tho war.
