Th;e Pan-Germans are making an ef-fort'to-dissolve the Riechstag. The leading" Junker newspapers declare that the Reichstag does not represent the people, and are organising a campaign in favour of a dissolution and a general election.
The Reichptag's principal offence consists in its peace resolution. PanGerman organisations are deluging Dr. Michaelis and Marshal yon Hindenburg with' resolutions denunciatory oP the
