The. "Telegraaf" publishes. tin interview with one of the crew of a German submarine. He cays Germany has at present 325 U boats of various classes. Those of the latest class1 carry fifty or sixty men. Naval circles estimate that between eighty and a hundred have been lost in the English nets. i
Two-thirds of the crews are experienced, and one third are novices. The vessels carry a fortnight's,-, provisions. The officers are young.and; impecunious; Hoping,to become solvent by- means .of; tiie premiums for ".sinking ships. Hence they lose tbeir sense .of responsibility.
