SOLDIERS' MAILS.

France.—Letters and packets for the forces on active service in s'rance are sent alternately via San Francisco and Vancouver, and parcel and newspapers for the same forces by direct steamers to London.

The public are strongly advised to continue addressing mail matter to care of the G.P.Ch, Wellington. This ensures correct despatch.

Money orders and registered letters close ,one hour, and parcel-pjst parcels 30 minutes, before the ordinary mail. Parcels for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe are sent by, direct steamers only. W. GEE, Chief Postmaster.
